The Iglucraft is one of the finest saunas in the world. Hand-crafted in Finland, the distinctive vaulted exterior and warm glowing interior make it unlike anything else you'll find at a gym or wellness facility in this part of the country.

The electric heater drives the temperature above 100°C quickly and consistently. The heat builds, the steam rises, and the space does exactly what a great Finnish sauna should do — strip everything back, slow your nervous system, and let your body recover properly.

Available for communal sessions or exclusive private hire — both for up to 4 people, 50 minutes each. Wellness pack holders can use their points.

Alternating between extreme heat and extreme cold is one of the most effective recovery and performance protocols in sports science. The two treatments together produce an effect neither can achieve alone.
